The Concept
Sleep · Dream · Sound is an immersive retreat devoted to deep rest, the dream space, and vibration as a gateway to inner harmony.
At its core lies a simple yet radical idea: sleep and wakefulness are not separate realms, but fluid states of being, woven together by a subtle thread of breath, listening, and presence. As this thread strengthens, transitions soften and consciousness begins to move with ease.
The retreat unfolds at the crossroads of Yoga, breathwork and pranayama, meditation, conscious movement, and Nada Yoga (the Yoga of Sound). Set within a natural landscape that invites stillness, the experience gently downshifts the nervous system, guiding the body back toward a slower, instinctive, deeply human rhythm.
Sound As The Heart Of The Journey
Here, sound is not approached as technique, nor as concept, but as a living presence, shaped by place, time, and silence.
At the heart of the journey lies Nada Yoga, the Yoga of Sound: an ancient and subtle path that works with vibration as a way of listening more deeply, to the body, to the breath, to what moves beneath words.
In this setting, sound is not something performed. It is something entered.
The mantra OM, understood as the primal vibration of universal harmony, accompanies the retreat as a quiet constant, resonating differently with each day, each body, each moment.
Over four days, sound is no longer simply heard or sung, but inhabited. Vibration becomes an inner space: it moves through the body, settles into the breath, calms the mind, and gently expands the field of perception. It mirrors the natural rhythm of the place itself, steady, grounding, alive.
A continuous thread begins to form: between night and day, between dreaming and waking. Sound supports the morning rise, sustains presence through the daylight hours, and prepares the body for evening release.
A brighter dream world is not escapism, but a wellspring of intuition, creativity, and clarity. As dreams sharpen, wakefulness becomes more vivid, more anchored.
Nada Yoga acts as a subtle purification, creating space within the psyche, refining the art of listening, and awakening an embodied presence, rooted in breath and anchored in the body.
Sleep As Healing
Deep, uninterrupted sleep is more than a biological function. It is a regenerative, restorative force, for body and mind alike.
As sleep deepens, something shifts. Mental clarity increases. Emotional reactivity softens. The nervous system recalibrates, and the body naturally returns to balance.
In this retreat, sleep is not treated as a passive outcome, but as an active ally, supported gently through rhythm, sound, breath, and presence.

Bio
Camilla Pusateri (b. 1978) is a communication manager and yoga teacher whose work weaves together outer expression and inner research. Her path into yoga was transformative, a living current that opened both spiritual depth and creative force. Deeply influenced by the „Bhagavad Gita“ and the writings of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Paramahansa Yogananda, and Thich Nhat Hanh, she brings a contemplative, embodied approach to her teaching.
After more than thirteen years of dedicated practice, with a strong foundation in Vinyasa, Camilla chose to teach in order to share yoga as a lived, accessible experience. Certified in Multistyle Yoga (RYT200) in Rishikesh, she has continued her studies in breathwork, Pranayama, and Nada Yoga, the Yoga of Sound, within the Gitananda tradition.
In 2021, she founded Sea Yoga Revolution, a project born by the sea in northern Sardinia, inspired by wind, rock, water, and the depth of OM. Nature remains the core of her research, opening her work to voice, sound, art, and interdisciplinary collaborations, shaping a method of coaching and training for artists, performers, and creative communities.
