Dogs are welcome only in rooms which have a private external area (Alba, Colle, Giardino e Tramonto). We ask you kindly to refrain from bringing your dog into the kitchen.
We regret that we will refuse check in for any arrivals with infants, children and dogs not previously announced and booked. For the relaxation of all guests we allow a strictly limited number of children and dogs only in certain rooms.
We require a deposit of 35% of total stay for bookings up to 9 nights.
For 10 nights or more deposit is 50%.
Deposit can be paid with credit card Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
Refundable 100% up to 30 days prior arrival.
From 29 to 15 days before check-in, we refund 50% of the deposit paid. After this period, the deposit will be retained.
Cancelations within 2 days of arrival, no show and earlier departures will be charged for the full stay.
