Policy

Minimum stay of 3 nights. (A two night stay can be accommodated if booked within one week of arrival).

Additional cot for one child up to 3 years old (only in Alba, Colle): € 25 per night.

3rd bed on request (only in Colletto, Noce, Olivo, Aurora, Colle): € 65/85  per night.

Dogs are welcome only in rooms which have a private external area (Giardino, Alba, Colle, Tramonto) for an additional € 15 per day. We ask you kindly to refrain from bringing your dog into the kitchen and breakfast area.

We regret that we will refuse check in for any arrivals with infants, children and dogs not previously announced and booked. For the relaxation of all guests we allow a strictly limited number of children and dogs only in certain rooms.

Deposit

We require one night deposit for stays up to 3 nights, 2 nights for stays up to 6 nights, 3 nights for stays up to 9 nights. For stays of more than 10 days we require 50% of the total stay as deposit. Exclusivity bookings require 50% deposit of total stay. Deposit can be paid  with credit card Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation

Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable. Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival we refund 50% of deposit paid. From 14 days to 3 days prior arrival there is no refund. Cancelations within 2 days of arrival, no show and earlier departures will be charged for the full stay.
