Policy

Minimum stay of 3 nights. (A two night stay can be accommodated if booked within one week of arrival).

Additional cot for one child up to 3 years old (only in Alba, Colle): € 30 per night.

3rd bed on request (only in Noce, Olivo, Colle): € 65/85  per night.

Dogs are welcome only in rooms which have a private external area (Giardino, Alba, Colle, Tramonto) for an additional € 20 per day. We ask you kindly to refrain from bringing your dog into the kitchen.

We regret that we will refuse check in for any arrivals with infants, children and dogs not previously announced and booked. For the relaxation of all guests we allow a strictly limited number of children and dogs only in certain rooms.

Deposit

We require a deposit of 35% of total stay for bookings up to 9 nights. For 10 nights or more deposit is 50%. Deposit can be paid  with credit card Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Cancellation

Refundable 100% up to 30 days prior arrival. In Covid emergency up to 15 days before check-in and also up to 48 hours before arrival in case of government travel ban or restrictions. We also give the possibility to change dates or issue a voucher in case dates are not fixed yet. Cancelation due to illness should be covered by travel insurance. Cancelations within 2 days of arrival, no show and earlier departures will be charged for the full stay.
